1.Integrated Sustainable Development Council ISDC is a non-profit section 8 company, which runs 7 livelihood centres providing a 3-month training module in skills relevant for local communities to supplement family incomes. The ISDC team conducts preliminary surveys to assess the needs of village settlements and local markets. During this process, ISDC representatives encourage communities to come forward with their suggestions regarding which skills will be of use to them in earning additional incomes.
2. Mann Deshi Foundation
The Mann Deshi Foundation was the first rural bank for women in India and promotes financial inclusion and livelihood training for women in rural Maharashtra. It is based in the drought prone area of Mann Taluka in Satara district. The Foundation is involved in various activities such as livelihood training programs, supporting sustainable agriculture, financial literacy, sports training for youth etc.
More than 4,00,000 women have benefitted from the foundation’s work and its cattle camp provides support to farmers during droughts in the area. Its flexible financial products help local farmers and communities undertake income earning activities in a sustainable manner through utilisation of credit.

3. Rural India Development Foundation
Rural India Development Foundation is a non-profit society that operates in forest areas of the Vananchal region of Uttar Pradesh. It runs livelihood training centres in 2 aspirational districts – Sonbhadra and Chandauli – offering 3-month training modules in making products utilising local forest produce and easily available material. It operates in 3 blocks in these districts and connects to communities though its various training centres.
